Sacred Teachings

Living transmissions of the Himalayan and Sri Vidyaranya traditions

Prime Teaching · Initiation Required

Tithi Nitya Upasana

तिथि नित्या उपासना

The Upasana of Tithi Nitya Devis is founded upon the 15 phases of the moon, from Amavasya through Poornima and back again. In this sacred practice, the aspirant worships 15 forms of Shakti, each presiding over a tithi and working upon a specific chakra and nadi within the subtle body.

Each Devi holds a unique mantra alive only through Deeksha, initiation by a competent Srividya Guru. The practice is deeply systematic: step by step, it purifies the energy channels, strengthens the psychic centres, and expands one's capacity to function with clarity and abundance.

This is not a conceptual teaching. It is a living transmission, a fire kindled from Guru to student across an unbroken lineage stretching to Swami Rama's Himalayan tradition.
